LEAPTING Khavda Operations and Maintenance Center has Officially Commenced Operations, Thereby Enhancing Its Localized Service Capabilities

On the morning of July 18th, Indian time, the LEAPTING Khavda Operations and Maintenance Center, located in Haryana, officially commenced operations. This center represents another key technical and service facility established by LEAPTING in India, following the establishment of its office in New Delhi. It not only enhances the efficiency of on-site technical support but also signifies the company’s commitment to building a closer technical collaboration framework with clients, while further delivering professional training systems and personnel management expertise. On the day of the inauguration, project managers, technical personnel, and client representatives from LEAPTING’s Indian office jointly attended the launch ceremony.

Rapid Response, Seamless Operations

LEAPTING has deployed a local engineering team in India with multilingual capabilities, including English, Hindi, and Tamil, effectively enhancing communication efficiency. The company provides 24-hour on-site technical support and ensures that warehouse reserves cover more than 80% of common spare parts requirements. The inventory of key components has been increased to three times the original level, significantly reducing clients waiting times and fully guaranteeing rapid response to on-site issues. It is worth emphasizing that LEAPTING has entered into a production and manufacturing collaboration with RenServ Global, the largest maintenance service provider in India. Both parties will jointly establish the largest intelligent robot production base for photovoltaic energy in India, further ensuring that LEAPTING products adhere to globally unified quality control standards.

In addition, LEAPTING regularly organizes monthly training sessions and technical seminars to continuously enhance the operational capabilities of both its own teams and partner clients. On-site operations can be conducted through dual-site collaboration, precisely aligning with the requirements of the Khavda project. Furthermore, the company provides certification training for its local team in India to ensure the professionalism and standardization of service delivery processes.

This initiative aims to ensure the timely availability of spare parts and the stable operation of service infrastructure, while also generating local employment opportunities and contributing to regional economic development.
