Compressed gas safety and management specialist SuperFlash has promoted Brittany Fichter to Sales Representative and Marketing Coordinator.
Fichter’s dual role will see her manage client relations, regional sales development, and strategic marketing initiatives. Her promotion reflects the company’s confidence in her leadership and her ability to drive growth across both functions.
In addition to her promotion, Fichter has been selected to attend the American Welding Society (AWS) 2025 Leadership Symposium, which offers advanced leadership training, collaborative workshops, and networking with peers and AWS senior leaders. Fichter will represent District 10.
