HALEAD SUNPLUS Gen 2 :Storm-Resistant with 10.5% Higher Yield for Faster, Safer PV Projects

Speed, Stability, and Savings

In large-scale solar projects, unstable ground and long installation cycles can slow down your returns. SUNPLUS Gen 2, with a robust configuration of 5,735 high-tensile anchors per MW, delivers unmatched speed, stability, and cost-efficiency. With installation time reduced to just 96 hours per MW, your project moves from groundbreaking to grid connection ahead of the competition.

Built for Hurricanes

Each anchor delivers a 6.7 kg pull-out force, distributing wind loads evenly to ensure zero displacement—even under 32 m/s winds equivalent to a Category 1 hurricane. And thanks to its redundant design, even partial anchor loss or corrosion won’t compromise stability, keeping your solar farm secure in all weather conditions.

Easy Deployment, Any Terrain

With an installation rate 67% faster than the industry average, SUNPLUS Gen 2 requires no heavy machinery and unrolls like a carpet on slopes of up to 25°. From deserts to grasslands and even rooftops, it adapts instantly. TÜV-certified anti-fouling nano-coating maintains 85% reflectivity, while its bacteria-resistant core prevents performance loss. Minor on-site repairs take less than 10 minutes—no downtime required.

Proven in the Desert

At the 575 MW Ibri II Solar Plant in Oman, SUNPLUS Gen 2 endured four years of relentless sandstorms without a single maintenance intervention. Reflectivity remained unchanged, saving $2.3 million compared to conventional gravel cover (TÜV audited) and boosting bifacial yield by 10.5%. This is not just a proof of performance—it’s a guarantee of long-term value for every customer.
