The UK has listed Chinese ports and trading entities alongside seven LNG carriers as it seeks to broaden its sanctions against Russia.
The ships listed have IMO numbers attached and are Buran, Zarya, Voskhod, Christophe de Margerie, Clean Ocean, Clean Vision, and Clean Planet. The list also includes 45 oil carriers.
The Chinese entities include four Shandong firms, including Jingang Port Co and Haixan Port Co, and National Pipeline Group Beihai LNG Co. The Beihai LNG terminal is a key destination for Russian Arctic LNG 2 cargoes.
Five firms supporting the Russian financial services sector are also included.
