Belgian cleantech startup Sirona Technologies (Sirona) has commissioned its first direct air capture unit as part of Project Moringa – an initiative that aims to capture and sequester carbon dioxide from the atmosphere.
The Middle East-based project will see Sirona launch its DAC units in Oman and the United Arab Emirates.
“After months of intense work, Project Moringa is now taking shape in the Middle East. This is our most advanced site yet,” stated the company.
