Gensol Engineering Secures INR 897 Crore EPC Contract For 225MW Solar PV Project At GSECL Solar Park In Gujarat

Gensol Engineering Limited, a leading player in the renewable energy industry with expertise in solar power engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC), has secured a major EPC contract from NTPC Renewable Energy Limited (NTPC REL). The contract involves developing a 225MW-AC (276 MWDC) grid-connected solar power project at the GSECL Solar Park (Stage-III) in Khavda, Gujarat, located in the Rann of Kutch.

The project is valued at around INR 897.47 crores, which includes the cost of operations and maintenance (O&M) for three years, with taxes and duties. The formal agreement between NTPC REL and Gensol Engineering was signed last week, marking a significant achievement in their shared goal to enhance India’s renewable energy capabilities.
