IFS and Siemens Partner to Deliver AI-Driven Solutions for Autonomous, Next-Generation Grid Operations

IFS announced a new strategic partnership with Siemens at Industrial X Unleashed, bringing together Siemens’ leading grid planning and smart infrastructure expertise with IFS’s AI-powered enterprise asset management, field service, and scheduling optimization. The collaboration aims to help energy, utilities, and infrastructure operators better manage aging assets, overcome labor and supply chain pressures, and accelerate the energy transition through more automated, intelligent grid operations.

By integrating IFS’s AI-driven asset management and investment planning with Siemens’ Gridscale X solutions, operators gain end-to-end visibility—from engineering and financial planning to operational technology, IT, and real-time field execution. The unified approach supports the shift toward autonomous grid operations capable of managing the increasing complexity created by inverter-based and renewable energy resources.

Cloud-ready and modular, the joint solution enables digital transformation without major system overhauls, providing purpose-built tools for utilities, energy networks, manufacturing, and mission-critical facilities.
