Kuwait-based Airsol – owned by SOL Group and Green Flame Gas – has launched a joint venture which aims to develop its home respiratory care business in Kuwait and other Gulf States.
The new company, Vivisol Kuwait, will provide oxygen therapy services for people with respiratory failure at home across the region.
Vivisol is SOL’s homecare division and it has already established a foothold in Italy, Europe and Brazil. According to SOL, the company also supplies home mechanical ventilation, aerosol therapy, and telemedicine.
“We believe that Vivisol Kuwait will leverage from our expertise and technology know-how gained over the last 40 years and will take advantage from the regional knowledge and business experience of Green Flame Gas,” said Marco Annoni, Vice-Chairman and Managing Director of SOL.
