Gasrec opens second biomethane refuelling facility in UK

Refuelling operator Gasrec has opened its second large-scale open access biomethane station in the UK.

The Hams Hall site, near the M6 and M42 motorways, supports fleet operators making the switch to low-carbon fuels. Work on the site .

Gas-powered trucks from DHL, Nestlé, Arla Foods and Nicholls Transport have been among the first to refuel at the facility.

Hams Hall has capacity for up to 300 trucks to refuel on bioLNG daily, and up to 1,000 trucks in the next few years.
