Financing secured for major 120Gwh Ireland biomethane facility

European asset manager Eiffel Investment Group is to finance a new biomethane production facility in County Kildare, Ireland, which will be developed by Evergreen Agricultural Enterprises.

Ireland law firm Arthur Cox today announced the financing .

Gas Networks Ireland with Evergreen to connect the €50m biomethane production plant, which is being built by Weltec Biopower in Monasterevin, Co Kildare, directly to the national gas network.
