Air Products Director Lisa Davis to step down from board

Air Products Director Lisa Davis will retire from the industrial gas giant’s board and will not stand for re-election.

Davis has served nearly six years on Air Products’ board, where she has applied her public board experience and more than 35 years of experience in the energy and manufacturing sectors.

She was previously a member of the managing board of global energy company Siemens and CEO of Siemens Gas and Power Operating Company.

Wayne Smith, Chairman of the Board, said the board has benefited from her global perspective, insights, and industry experience.
