CM2 Supply, formed from the merger of Central McGowan and Minneapolis Oxygen, has launched as a new industrial gas and welding supplies distributor serving the US Midwest.
Under the CM2 brand, CM2 BevCarb and CM2 Automation have also been launched, each focused on its own service area.
CM2 Supply will build on both Central McGowan and Minneapolis Oxygen. The companies merged in March and, in April, acquired M&H Gas & Midwest Hydro Testing (M&H Gas), a beverage-grade bulk carbon dioxide specialist.
This was the first acquisition the company made as a merged entity and set the business up for its transformation.
