ELITE Solar CEO Arndt E. Lutz recently held discussions with H.E. Lieutenant General Eng. Kamel El-Wazir, Egypt’s Deputy Prime Minister for Industrial Development and Minister of Industry and Transport, focusing on the company’s expanding manufacturing presence and long-term investment plans in Egypt.
The engagement follows the recent inauguration of ELITE Solar’s manufacturing complex in Egypt by H.E. Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, marking a key milestone in the country’s efforts to localise solar manufacturing, strengthen renewable energy supply chains, and accelerate the transition towards a green economy.
During the meeting, Minister El-Wazir reiterated the Egyptian government’s commitment to supporting industrial localisation, workforce development, and deeper integration across the solar value chain, positioning Egypt as a strategic manufacturing hub for renewable energy technologies.
ELITE Solar reaffirmed its strategy to develop robust, globally connected manufacturing platforms capable of delivering high-quality solar products, while creating long-term value for customers and contributing to sustainable industrial growth across international markets.
