Egypt Advances Renewable Energy With Nefer Benban Solar-Plus-Storage Project In Aswan

Egypt is advancing its renewable energy goals with the Nefer Benban solar-plus-storage project in Aswan, part of the Benban Solar Park. Designed with a capacity of 258.5 megawatts and a 120 megawatt-hour battery system, it aims to enhance energy stability and support Egypt’s target of generating 42% of electricity from renewables by 2030.
