Q4 FY26 shows $12.5 billion revenue with significant growth and key financial gains.

K.P. Energy Ltd reported a strong financial performance for the fourth quarter and full financial year ended March 31, 2026, driven by robust growth in its infrastructure development and renewable energy operations.

The company posted its highest-ever consolidated quarterly Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs 78.69 crore in Q4 FY26, compared to Rs 45.79 crore reported in the corresponding quarter last year. Consolidated revenue for the quarter rose to Rs 633.93 crore, registering a 55% year-on-year growth.

For the full financial year FY26, K.P. Energy’s consolidated total revenue crossed the Rs 1,500 crore mark for the first time, reaching Rs 1,505.54 crore against Rs 958.45 crore in FY25, reflecting a 57% increase. The company’s annual PAT also climbed significantly to Rs 181.40 crore from Rs 115.33 crore in the previous fiscal.

Revenue from the EPC and infrastructure development segment remained the key growth driver, contributing Rs 1,451.69 crore during FY26, up 59% year-on-year. Meanwhile, the operations and maintenance (O&M) business recorded sharp growth, with quarterly revenue surging 350% to Rs 5.13 crore.

The company said it currently has an order book of nearly 2 GW across multi-year projects and is actively exploring offshore wind opportunities in Gujarat and Tamil Nadu.
