Pace Digitek’s Lineage Power Secures 3 GWh LFP Battery Cell Supply Deal With RJE Tech For BESS Expansion

Lineage Power Private Limited, a material subsidiary of Pace Digitek Limited, has signed a Master Supply Agreement (MSA) with Guangzhou Rongjie Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (RJE Tech) to strengthen its position in the clean energy and battery storage market. The company announced the agreement through an official regulatory filing submitted to the BSE and NSE on June 29, 2026.

Under the agreement, RJE Tech will supply Lineage Power with 3 GWh of Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery cells along with related accessories. The battery cells are based on RJE Tech’s latest 314Ah storage-specific prismatic cell technology, which is designed to provide a longer operational life, improved safety, and better performance for energy storage applications.

The partnership is expected to provide Lineage Power with a stable and long-term supply of battery cells as the company expands its Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) manufacturing business. The secured supply of battery cells will support the execution of projects in both utility-scale and commercial and industrial (C&I) segments. The agreement is also aimed at improving technical cooperation, product quality, testing, validation, and supply chain efficiency.

As part of the collaboration, Lineage Power will benefit from RJE Tech’s manufacturing facilities located in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. This manufacturing base will help ensure efficient domestic and international shipping of battery cells and related products, supporting timely project delivery.

Commenting on the agreement, Venugopal Rao Maddisetty, Chairman and Managing Director of Pace Digitek Limited, said that a reliable and long-term supply of high-quality battery cells is essential for building a strong and scalable BESS manufacturing platform. He stated that RJE Tech’s advanced technology, manufacturing expertise, and future development plans are well aligned with Pace Digitek’s long-term growth strategy. He added that the company selected RJE Tech after carrying out a detailed technical evaluation.

Pace Digitek Limited operates as an integrated infrastructure and energy solutions provider across the energy and telecom sectors. The company is involved in manufacturing as well as engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) activities. Through its subsidiary Lineage Power, Pace Digitek continues to focus on developing advanced power management systems and customized battery energy storage solutions to meet the growing demand for reliable and sustainable energy infrastructure.
