Renfra Energy India Files INR430 Crore IPO Papers With SEBI To Expand Renewable Energy Business

Renfra Energy India Limited has filed draft IPO papers with SEBI to raise up to ₹430 crore through a fresh equity issue and an offer for sale of nearly 48 lakh shares by existing shareholders. The funds will mainly repay debts and cover working capital, with some allocated for general purposes.
