Solar Industries India Limited Incorporates South African Investment Subsidiary Through Mauritius Arm

Solar Industries India Limited has incorporated Solar SA Investments (Pty) Ltd in South Africa through its wholly owned subsidiary, Solar Overseas Mauritius Limited, as part of an internal group restructuring initiative. The new entity was incorporated on July 7, 2026, with the company receiving the certificate of incorporation on July 9, 2026.

According to the company’s regulatory filing, Solar SA Investments (Pty) Ltd will function as an investment holding company and will operate as a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of Solar Industries India Limited. The entity has been established with an initial cash capital subscription of ZAR 12,000, with Solar Overseas Mauritius Limited holding 100% of the share capital.

Solar Industries stated that the incorporation forms part of its internal group restructuring and does not require any governmental or regulatory approvals. The company added that the investment has been made entirely through cash subscription.

The incorporation strengthens Solar Industries’ international corporate structure through its Mauritius-based subsidiary while expanding its presence in South Africa.
