Ameren Corporation Prices $750 Million Public Offering of Senior Notes Due 2035

Ameren Corporation has announced the pricing of a public offering of $750 million aggregate principal amount of 5.375% senior notes due 2035 at 99.822% of their principal amount. The transaction is expected to close on March 7, 2025, pending the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

The company plans to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, including repaying a portion of its short-term debt.

Barclays Capital Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Mizuho Securities USA LLC, MUFG Securities Americas Inc., and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC are serving as joint book-running managers for the offering.

The offering is being made solely by means of a prospectus and related prospectus supplement. A prospectus supplement will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
