Meritus grows in US Midwest with latest deal

Packaged gas distribution platform Meritus Gas Partners is expanding its geographic footprint in the Midwest with a newly announced partnership with packaged gases and welding supply company Oxygen Service Company (OSC).

Specifically, the partnership will strengthen Meritus’ footprint in Minnesota and Wisconsin, with OSC’s nine facilities across the two states.

Oxygen Service Company has historically invested in its infrastructure, including its gas production and distribution capabilities.

Scott Kaltrider, Chairman of Meritus, said, “Minnesota and Wisconsin are diverse markets with concentrated manufacturing and strong economic outlooks.”
