Advait Greenergy Signs ₹1,400 Crore MoU With Government Of Gujarat At Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference For Electrolyser, Fuel Cell, ERS, And EPC Projects

Advait Greenergy Private Limited, a subsidiary of the Advait Group, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Gujarat during the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference held in Mehsana. This agreement marks an important milestone in advancing Gujarat’s renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure development. As part of the MoU, Advait Greenergy has pledged investments and project initiatives worth ₹1,400 crore across multiple green energy and infrastructure ventures in the state.

The company’s upcoming projects include the establishment of Electrolyser and Fuel Cell manufacturing units, Emergency Restoration System (ERS) units, and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects that will be implemented under the Government of India’s Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme (RDSS). Together, these initiatives aim to boost Gujarat’s renewable energy capacity, modernize its power distribution network, and generate substantial employment opportunities across the region.

Speaking on the occasion, Mrs. Rutvi Sheth, Director of Advait Greenergy, expressed that the MoU represents a major step forward in the company’s mission to drive sustainable energy transformation. She stated, “By investing in advanced power infrastructure and green hydrogen manufacturing, we aim to strengthen Gujarat’s position as a clean energy leader and contribute to India’s renewable future.”

Through this partnership, Advait Greenergy continues to reinforce its commitment to innovation and sustainability, aligning with Gujarat’s vision of becoming a hub for renewable energy and environmentally responsible industrial growth.
