Artificial intelligence (AI) has a growing number of use cases across Linde today, according to CEO Sanjiv Lamba.
Speaking on of the industrial gas major, Lamba framed the journey the group is on in somewhat different terms to the last time he spoke on AI, in .
Back then, in early May, he said that Linde had completed over 4,000 targeted efficiency projects in the first three months of the year, with around 32% of improvements delivered tied to AI and to digital more widely.
This time around, he painted a broader picture, noting up front that “no discussion today is complete unless we’ve talked about AI.”
