A newly formed UK-based alliance aims to accelerate growth in the UK’s ammonia industry and drive adoption of low-carbon ammonia and ammonia technology.
The UK Ammonia Alliance (UKAA) is a group founded by 11 energy companies involved in advancing low-carbon solutions including AFC Energy, Air Products, and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries.
The group will be chaired by Dr Mike Rendall, Chief Technology Officer at AFC Energy, who will share insights in developing ammonia cracking technology with government and industry colleagues.
