Arctech Unveils Its Next Chapter of Innovation at Renewable Energy Expo 2025

Arctech took centre stage at the Renewable Energy Expo 2025, held from 30 October to 1 November in Noida, unveiling its expanded clean-energy portfolio to the industry’s most prominent EPCs and developers.

This year’s expo was an opportunity for Arctech to reaffirm its vision for India – to bring smarter, more efficient technologies that elevate project performance and strengthen industry partnerships.
The focus remained clear:

  • Showcase Advanced BESS, Robotic Cleaning Technologies and their Signature Single Axis Solar Tracking System.
  • Engage with EPCs and Developers driving India’s solar landscape
  • Reinforce Arctech’s position as the No. 1 Solar Tracker Supplier in India.
  • Introduce New Solutions that support the industry’s shift toward integrated and intelligent assets

Highlights from the Expo

Arctech’s booth quickly became a centre of lively discussions and technical curiosity. The team showcased three of its most anticipated solutions:

Arc Bank 1.0 – Utility-Scale BESS Solution

A versatile, intelligently engineered energy storage system built for India’s evolving grid dynamics.

Arctech’s ARCBank 1.0 Battery Energy Storage System brings next-generation stability and flexibility to renewable projects. Designed for all application scenarios, it features a modular architecture for easy expansion and fast deployment, offering a one-stop energy storage solution.

Star Shine 1.0 – Intelligent PV Cleaning Robot

A next-generation cleaning solution offering autonomous operation, advanced navigation, and improved long-term O&M efficiency.

Designed in-house and fully integrated with Arctech Trackers, the Robot cleans modules efficiently while minimizing downtime. Its smart shutdown platform aligns perfectly with the tracker’s spindle cutting platform costs by nearly 40%.

Made from lightweight, high-strength materials, it’s 30% lighter yet built to last over 20,000 cleaning cycles. With a patented differential drive, AI walking correction, and anti-fall safety, it moves smoothly and precisely even in tough conditions.

Signature 1P Single Axis Solar Tracking System Skyline 2

The live demo of their Signature 1P Single Axis Solar Tracking System Skyline 2 drew continuous attention throughout the event. Visitors explored the system’s independent-row design, AI-based stowing, and smart backtracking algorithms that ensures optimum performance even on uneven terrain – ideal for large-scale projects.

The proven generation advantages that have positioned Arctech as a leader in tracker technology.

Through these advancements, Arctech continues to strengthen its alignment with India’s green energy mission.

Backed by local teams, regional partnerships, and strong supply chain network, Arctech is strengthening its commitment to the Government’s ‘Make in India’ initiative and long-term project execution.

As India march toward its ambitious target of 500 GW renewable capacity by 2030, this initiative is reshaping the country’s energy future – and Arctech is powering this shift by advancing to smarter and more efficient technologies that grow in step with the nation’s clean-energy aspirations.
