BP said late on Thursday that its represented workforce at its Whiting refinery in Indiana has voted not to ratify the company’s last, best, and final offer.

“BP will continue to bargain in the best interests of our employees, our company, and the community,” the company said in a statement.

BP last week had presented the union with a Last, Best and Final offer (LBFO), and said it expires in 10 calendar days.29dk2902l
