US-based propellant, refrigerant, and specialty gas manufacturer Diversified CPC International has opened a new centre in Illinois to expand research and testing of high-purity hydrocarbons and specialty gases.
The Channahon facility, called the Power of Purity Innovation Centre, will focus on analytical testing and research. It will collaborate with customers on custom formulations for applications including aerosols, adhesives, HVAC, semiconductor manufacturing, LNG operations, and biomass extraction.
Now operational, the site features advanced analytical technologies capable of detecting impurities at parts-per-trillion levels, enabling enhanced purity verification, consistency, and product certification.
David Burks, President and CEO of Diversified CPC, said the centre represents the company’s continuous investment in innovation and customer partnerships.
