Future Energy Leadership Summit Awards Shobit Rai for Excellence in Renewable Energy Leadership

Mr. Shobit Rai, Co-founder & Managing Director of Prozeal Green Energy Limited, has been honoured with the prestigious “Best Clean Energy CEO Award” at the Future Energy Leadership Summit 2025. This recognition celebrates his exceptional leadership in accelerating India’s clean energy transformation and his visionary role in building Prozeal into one of the country’s most dynamic renewable energy companies.

An engineer by education, with a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Telecommunication from the University of Pune, Shobit began his entrepreneurial journey at a young age. Before founding Prozeal in 2013, he served as Director at Sufficio Energy Private Limited, where he developed early expertise in India’s rapidly evolving renewable energy landscape. His technical grounding, combined with strategic foresight, laid the foundation for Prozeal’s evolution from a solar EPC startup to a diversified clean energy powerhouse.

Under Shobit’s leadership, Prozeal Green Energy has expanded its operations across solar, wind, hybrid energy systems, battery energy storage solutions (BESS), and green hydrogen, becoming a forward-looking player aligned with India’s long-term energy transition goals. His commitment to innovation, engineering excellence, and sustainable value creation has helped the company establish a strong national footprint.

Recognised across the industry as one of India’s most promising renewable energy leaders, Shobit has received numerous accolades. With over 15 years of experience in renewables, Shobit continues to inspire a generation of sustainability-driven entrepreneurs. His guiding belief—that clean energy is not merely a business opportunity but a responsibility—defines Prozeal’s mission to power a greener, resilient, and future-ready India.

The “Best Clean Energy CEO Award” at the Future Energy Leadership Summit 2025 recognises outstanding leaders shaping the next phase of India’s energy transition. Mr. Shobit Rai’s visionary approach, transformative impact, and commitment to sustainable progress make him a truly deserving recipient of this honour.
