GoodWe has introduced its new BAT series high-voltage storage solution, designed specifically for commercial and industrial (C&I) applications. Available in 102.4 kWh and 112.6 kWh capacities, the BAT system is optimized for integration with the company’s ET series hybrid inverters, forming a one-stop 50 kW/100 kWh solar-plus-storage setup when paired with the ET50kW model. Tailored for small to mid-sized C&I installations, the solution offers flexible scalability to support growing energy demands and is built for stable performance in harsh outdoor environments.

The BAT series leverages high-quality LiFePO4 battery cells with a lifespan of up to 6000 cycles. It incorporates a smart HVAC system that maintains cell temperature variance within 3°C to enhance longevity and efficiency. Designed with durability in mind, the cabinet carries IP55 protection and a C4 corrosion resistance rating, with an optional upgrade to C5-M. The system also includes robust safety measures such as real-time battery health monitoring, AI-based diagnostics, and a dual-layer aerosol fire suppression mechanism triggered by smoke, temperature, and thermistor wire detection—ensuring dependable operation even under demanding industrial conditions.

“Businesses are facing rising electricity costs, an urgent need for energy resilience and setting ambitious decarbonization goals. The new BAT system is the ideal solution to these challenges, enabling companies to reduce peak demand charges, maximize solar self-consumption, and ensure uninterrupted operations during grid outages,” says JIE Zhang, Managing Director of GoodWe Europe. “This solution is not just a safeguard, it’s a smart business move, and we will support our customers to get the most out of their investment.”
