Industrial gas innovation and excellence is about to have a whole new platform for recognition, with the launch of the GWGI Awards.
The gasworld Global Innovation (GWGI) Awards represent a new and unique opportunity to recognise excellence in industrial gas and equipment innovation and leadership, globally.
The awards are carefully designed to cover all aspects of the sector, from gas production through to distribution, applications, and sustainability. There will also be celebration made of the emerging talent and leadership in the industry, through the GWGI Rising Stars Programme and series of awards.
With an independent judging panel in place, gasworld has now officially launched the awards and declared all entries open.

A vibrant awards dinner is already confirmed to take place on 3rd December 2025 in Bangkok, Thailand, during gasworld’s Asia-Pacific Industrial Gases Conference.
The ceremony will be followed by a dedicated Winner’s Webinar on 12th December.
‘Celebrating ingenuity’
gasworld has reported on and been at the heart of the global industrial gases business for more than 20 years, but the launch of a dedicated awards service is seen as the latest step in championing both the industry and the diverse spread of key innovators that continue to drive it forward, all across the globe.
