Hedda Felin Elected to Statkraft Board of Directors

Statkraft has announced the election of Hedda Felin to its Board of Directors, succeeding Ingelise Arntsen, who has stepped down from the Board.

Felin currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Hurtigruten, a position she has held since 2021. She brings extensive leadership experience spanning Norwegian and international industries.

Before joining Hurtigruten, Felin spent more than 14 years at Equinor, where she held several senior leadership positions, including Senior Vice President for International Development and Production and Head of the CEO’s Office. Earlier in her career, she worked at Capgemini Consulting.

In addition to her executive responsibilities, Felin serves on the boards of Aibel ASA and the Norwegian Cancer Society. She holds a Master’s degree in International Politics and Administration from Sciences Po in Paris, France.

Following the appointment, the Statkraft AS Board of Directors, effective 22 June 2026, comprises Alexandra Bech Gjørv as Chair, Lars Røsæg as Vice Chair, and board members Mikael Lundin, Pål Erik Sjåtil, Kristin Halvorsen, Hedda Felin, Marte Lind, Lars Mathisen, and Thorbjørn Holøs. The latter three serve as employee-elected board members.

Statkraft also confirmed that the Board of Directors of Statkraft AS is identical to that of Statkraft SF.
