Helix targets US investors with listing on venture market

Helium development firm Helix Exploration is targeting US investors by listing on the OTCQB venture market from today [29 May].

Shares will trade under ‘HHEXF’, complementing its listing on the UK London Stock Exchange’s AIM market.

Trading on the OTCQB offers easier trading access for investors located in the US and potentially greater liquidity due to a broader geographic pool of potential investors.

Bo Sears, CEO of Helix Exploration, said the listing comes at a pivotal moment as it progresses from explorer to developer, and prepares to start production at its Rudyard project in Montana. Drilling began at Linda #1 and the firm is targeting first production this summer.
