Tennessee-based industrial gas distributor Holston Gases has acquired Nitro-Derm, a South Carolina-based gas and equipment business.
Nitro-Derm is a provider of medical, industrial, and specialty gases in Greenville. The company has been in service for over 15 years.
Joe Baxter, President of Holston Gases said, he is pleased to add Nitro-Derm’s customers to Holston’s customer base in the upstate.
“Nitro-Derm has been servicing this area of South Carolina for over 19 years and has a great reputation and loyal customers that we are excited to bring into the Holston family.”
