Carbon dioxide is a crucial gas in industry today, and also created in many natural processes.

But there are risks that attach. Wherever CO2 could be present in higher concentrations, it is important to manage and alert anyone in the vicinity, since individual exposure above certain levels is a danger to life and health. While normal outdoor air has an average CO2 concentration of just 0.04%, once this starts to rise the risk to human health also climbs. Even at a concentration of 0.4% it is a real hazard, and in enclosed environments during fermentation at wineries, for example, it can be 20 or 30 times higher than this – and pose an extreme and immediate danger.

CO2 safety is the core mission of LogiCO2 International, headquartered in Sweden and serving markets around the world. Its CO2 safety systems deliver for a huge range of industries, from hospitality to greenhouse farming, from brewing and wineries to grocery stores and ships.  Every environment is different, and poses particularly risks, and LogiCO2 has the expertise and technology to protect against those risks every time.
