Industrial gases multinational SOL Group has opened up on partnering with India-based Bhoruka Specialty Gases. It said the link-up reflects how it is seeking to strengthen its position in the specialty gases market and responds to growing demand across hi-tech industries.
Through the collaboration, SOL Group said it had effectively broadened its product offering, notably by introducing high-purity methane into its proposition.
The gas is a critical input for sectors such as semiconductors, lab-grown diamonds, and solar panel manufacturing, where precision and consistency are essential.
“This level of purity is vital for processes like chemical vapour deposition and other advanced manufacturing techniques, where even trace impurities can compromise product integrity,” said the group.
