Huawei Launches Creators’ Cup to Showcase PV & ESS Innovations Through Visual Storytelling

Recently, Huawei launched the FusionSolar Creators’ Cup, inviting global PV installers to showcase their creativity. The event aims to highlight the technical value, aesthetic appeal, and positive impact of PV and energy storage systems (ESS) across residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The top prize is US$100,000, with submissions open from April 1 to July 31.

Five sessions: Capturing the world of PV & ESS in your eyes

  • “Listen! What They Say”: Installers can communicate deeply with home owners, and record their original intentions of choosing Huawei FusionSolar and the changes that solar energy brings.
  • “Look! My Masterpieces”: Installers also create vlogs or images to unveil the impressive installation details and great moments of the PV & ESS solution in real-world sites.
  • “Shh! The Winning Formula”: Installers can demonstrate their technical strengths by presenting the performance advantages and customer benefits of FusionSolar products.
  • “Experience! It Makes Our Day”: Installers can capture fresh stories and interesting moments during their daily work.
  • Moreover, the contest encourages breakthroughs to unlock more fresh and cutting-edge expressions and show their creativity.

Recording PV & ESS products with cameras

Global installers are invited to share their PV & ESS experiences through videos and images. The contest includes awards for “Best Creation of the Year,” “Best Video/Image of the Year,” and “Top Picks of the Month.” Winners will receive customized trophies and gifts.

The contest offers awards such as “Best Creation of the Year,” “Best Video/Image of the Year,” and “Top Picks of the Month.” Winners will receive customized trophies and gifts. Submissions must highlight Huawei FusionSolar products, with videos limited to 5 minutes and images designed to be storytelling with visible product elements. Participants can enter the contest by uploading their content to YouTube and Facebook, using the designated hashtags for evaluation.

As PV installations continue to expand globally, this contest highlights the vital role of installers in connecting customers with solar technologies, driving industry growth. Installers are encouraged to share their solar journeys and contribute to building a sustainable future.
