JAKSON Engineers Limited Appoints Global Energy Leader Alexey Ustinov as Independent Director

JAKSON Engineers Limited (JEL), part of JAKSON Group, one of India’s leading energy and infrastructure conglomerates, has announced the appointment of Mr. Alexey Ustinov to its Board as an Independent Director.

Mr. Ustinov brings over three decades of international leadership experience across sustainable energy systems, electrification, industrial engineering and business transformation. His appointment adds significant strategic depth to JEL’s Board and reinforces the company’s focus on strong governance and long-term value creation.

Mr. Ustinov has held senior leadership roles with leading global energy and engineering organisations, including Siemens Energy and Cummins. His career spans energy systems, power generation, industrial markets and global commercial operations, with deep experience in strategy, business growth and P&L leadership across diverse international geographies.
