Norco grows healthcare network with Petersen Medical acquisition

Employee-owned US industrial gas distributor Norco has expanded its medical footprint with the acquisition of Petersen Medical, a longstanding Utah-based home-healthcare provider.

The purchase expands Norco’s medical division, Norco Medical, and broadens its service capabilities in the Northwest US.

Petersen Medical services patients primarily along the 105-mile Wasatch Front corridor in northern Utah, including Salt Lake City, Ogden, and Provo, as well as parts of Idaho, Colorado, and Nevada.

The acquisition provides Norco Medical with an established patient base and clinical service infrastructure in a region where it previously had limited coverage.
