Podcast: Hydrogen progress to celebrate

Following on from the recent 1895 podcast on ‘’, the latest episode focuses on areas where hydrogen is making a positive difference, in ‘Where hydrogen is going right?’

Our hosts Rob Cockerill and Tom Dee begin by picking out key stories from 2025 which showcase tangible progress, highlighting projects that have reached final investment decision (FID), from Scandinavia to South America, and the Middle East to Asia-Pacific.

Europe is seeing a swell of activity, fuelled by the and other policy developments. Up to 500GW of hydrogen production could reach FID this year.

The UK is also stepping on the hydrogen pedal, following the recent which shortlisted 27 projects.
