POWERCHINA and the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock of Ecuador (MAG) co-hosted a signing ceremony for the donation of a photovoltaic plant in Quito, the capital of Ecuador.

The donated rooftop photovoltaic project has an installed capacity of 62.1 kilowatts. Once completed, it will provide sustainable and clean energy to the ministry.

The event garnered significant attention from China and Ecuador. Over 150 guests attended, including Chen Guoyou, the Chinese Ambassador to Ecuador; Marco Oviedo, the vice-minister of Rural Development of the MAG; and representatives from POWERCHINA.
