Recurrent Energy has announced the commercial operation of its Caracolí solar plant in Colombia, a 50 MW project that highlights the company’s commitment to driving the energy transition and supporting Colombia’s sustainability goals.
In alignment with the Ministry of Mines and Energy, CREG, and UPME, the project contributes to diversifying the nation’s energy matrix and fostering a cleaner, more sustainable future. The Caracolí plant will generate renewable electricity to power thousands of homes, significantly reducing CO₂ emissions and advancing renewable energy growth in the country.
