Saatvik Green Energy Limited announced that its material subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited, has received and accepted orders worth ₹9.63 crore for the supply of solar photovoltaic (PV) modules. The order has been placed by a well-known Independent Power Producer/EPC company, and the delivery is scheduled to be completed by February 2026.

This new order highlights the steady and growing market demand for Saatvik’s high-quality solar module manufacturing. It also strengthens the company’s position among leading players in India’s rapidly expanding solar manufacturing sector. The order reflects the strong confidence customers have in Saatvik’s product quality, advanced technology, and reliable execution capabilities.

Commenting on the development, Prashant Mathur, CEO of Saatvik Green Energy Limited, said that the order reinforces the demand for dependable, high-quality solar modules and shows the trust major power producers and EPC companies place in Saatvik’s manufacturing standards. He added that as India continues to push forward its renewable energy goals, the company remains committed to providing efficient, future-ready solar solutions while supporting domestic manufacturing growth under the Make in India initiative.

This latest order adds to Saatvik Green Energy’s strong pipeline of recent wins and its consistent track record in project execution. The company has secured several notable orders in recent months, including a ₹10.15 crore solar PV module supply order for its material subsidiary, another ₹13.80 crore module order from a reputed IPP/EPC player, and a ₹20.84 crore turnkey solar EPC project awarded to its subsidiary, Saatvik Cleantech EPC Private Limited. In addition, the company received a major ₹486 crore solar module supply order from a leading IPP/EPC player.

Saatvik Green Energy also won a ₹30.24 crore solar pump order from MSEDCL under the PM-KUSUM scheme. On the manufacturing side, Saatvik recently commissioned a 2 GW in-house EPE film production facility. This development strengthens the company’s vertical integration and further reinforces its position as a leading Make in India manufacturer in the renewable energy sector.
