Scotland’s largest CCS project faces fresh uncertainty as partner considers sale

Doubts over the viability of Scotland’s largest carbon capture project have been raised after a key partner in the development, Storegga, is considering selling its interest in the Acorn project.

A Storegga spokesperson said it is progressing a structured sales process for its portfolio of assets, including the sale of its interest in the Acorn CCS project.
