Shoals Technologies Group Appoints Aaron Zadeh As Country Manager, Pacific To Drive Solar Growth And Support Regional Market Expansion

Shoals Technologies Group, Inc., a global leader in electrical balance of system (EBOS) solutions for the clean energy transition, has announced the appointment of Aaron Zadeh as Country Manager, Pacific. In this role, he will oversee Shoals’ operations in Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands. The appointment reflects the company’s commitment to strengthening its presence in one of the fastest-growing solar markets worldwide and supporting the region’s transition to renewable energy.

Aaron Zadeh brings more than 20 years of experience in the solar and energy storage industries, with a proven record of driving innovation, scaling businesses, and delivering large renewable energy projects across Australia, Asia-Pacific, Europe, the UK, and the Middle East. Before joining Shoals, he held senior leadership positions with leading companies such as Array Technologies, FIMER, ABB, and AGL.

He played a key role in initiatives including the establishment of local manufacturing for Array trackers and the development of inverter and medium-voltage skid integration centers for FIMER and ABB. His technical expertise combined with strong commercial acumen has contributed to the successful delivery of renewable energy projects on a global scale.

Aaron holds an engineering degree in Materials Science and Solar Power, as well as a Master of Business Management from the University of New South Wales (UNSW). With his appointment, Shoals aims to deepen its role in Australia’s solar market, contributing to the country’s ambitious renewable energy goals and increasing demand for advanced solar infrastructure.
