Italy-based industrial gas company SOL Group has signed a preliminary agreement to acquire Haemopharm Biofluids, a manufacturer of infusible pharmaceutical and dialysis solutions.
The transaction will be carried out through SOL’s wholly owned subsidiary AIRSOL and is expected to be finalised in early 2026.
Haemopharm Biofluids was founded in 2002 and is part of Mozarc Medical, which focuses on patient technology solutions for kidney care.
For several years, the company has partnered with Vivisol, a SOL Group home care company, to produce peritoneal dialysis fluids.
