Solar Contractors Meet Bhopal 2025 Concludes with High-Impact Discussions on EPC Opportunities and Policy Pathways in Madhya Pradesh

SolarQuarter successfully hosted the Solar Contractors Meet Bhopal 2025 at the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel, DB City, Arera Hills, bringing together 200+ EPCs, System Integrators, Installers and industry leaders for a day of impactful dialogue and knowledge exchange focused on Madhya Pradesh’s growing solar ecosystem.

The event began with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony, symbolizing the start of an enlightening and collaborative gathering. This was followed by an inspiring Inaugural Address by Mr. Manu Srivastava, IAS, Additional Chief Secretary, New and Renewable Energy Department, setting an encouraging tone for discussions on policy direction and EPC growth in the state.

Adding to the momentum, Mr. Kshitiz Singhal, IAS, Managing Director, Madhya Pradesh Madhya Kshetra Vidyut Vitran Co. Ltd, delivered the Opening Remarks, emphasizing emerging opportunities and the roadmap for distributed solar in Madhya Pradesh.

Attendees gained valuable insights through a series of impactful presentations by our esteemed partners, each offering practical perspectives on market trends, technology advancements, and execution strategies relevant to Madhya Pradesh’s solar ecosystem.

This was followed by two dedicated panel discussions, which brought together industry experts to deep-dive into:

  • PM-KUSUM & PM Surya Ghar: Policy, Process & Execution Realities for EPCs & Installers
  • Unlocking Growth Under PM-KUSUM (A, B, C) & PM Surya Ghar Through Smarter Finance and Operational Strategies

These sessions offered practical guidance on navigating regulatory frameworks, financing models, operational efficiency, and on-ground execution for EPC companies and installers.

A compelling Keynote Address by Mr. Anmol Rai, Founding Member, Federation for Advancement of Renewable Energy (FARE), and Mr. Anirudda Kumar Gupta, State Coordinator, All India Renewable Energy Association (AIREA) provided deeper perspective on accelerating renewable energy adoption across the state.

We were honored to welcome Dr. Umakanta Panda, Commission Secretary, Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission, as the Guest of Honor. He also felicitated the winners of the Solar Contractors Awards 2025, recognizing excellence in project execution, innovation, safety, and technical expertise.

The resounding success of the Solar Contractors Meet Bhopal 2025 reaffirms SolarQuarter’s commitment to empowering solar professionals, strengthening the EPC community, and supporting Madhya Pradesh’s clean energy transition.
