This was followed by an inspiring Inaugural Address by Chief Guest, Shri Joy Chakraborty, Divisional Engineer, West Bengal Renewable Energy Development Agency (WBREDA), who highlighted the state’s growing focus on expanding solar adoption and strengthening energy resilience.
