Strata Clean Energy Names Alex Wilhelm As New Chief Financial Officer To Strengthen Leadership

Strata Clean Energy has announced the appointment of Alex Wilhelm as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Wilhelm has been a key part of the company’s journey for more than ten years and has significantly contributed to the strategic direction and growth of the organization. His promotion reflects both his strong track record and the company’s confidence in his leadership.

In his role as CFO, Wilhelm will be responsible for managing all areas of financial governance at Strata Clean Energy. This includes overseeing accounting, treasury operations, tax matters, risk management, and financial planning and analysis. These responsibilities are central to ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of the company as it continues to expand its presence in the renewable energy sector.

Wilhelm will also continue to lead Strata’s Capital Markets activities. His established relationships with financial institutions and investment partners will play an important role in supporting the company’s ongoing growth initiatives and securing long-term financial sustainability. His deep understanding of the industry and financial landscape positions him well to help guide the company through its next phase of development.
