TrueRE Oriana Power has signed a long-term green ammonia purchase agreement with SECI, marking a major step for India’s green hydrogen push. The deal covers annual supply of 60,000 tonnes at a discovered price of ₹52.25 per kg, with a total value of about ₹3,135 crore over ten years, linking production directly to fertilizer-sector demand.


Serentica Renewables has signed a 32 MW RTC hybrid PPA with Sanathan Polycot, extending clean power adoption into India’s textile value chain. The agreement signals rising industrial appetite for reliable round-the-clock renewable energy, where corporates now want both sustainability gains and dependable supply as decarbonisation moves from commitment to execution.


Inox Clean Energy is set to acquire Vibrant Energy’s 1,337 MW portfolio in a ₹5,000 crore transaction, strengthening its commercial and industrial renewable platform. The deal underscores how scale, operating assets, and C&I offtake depth are becoming central to portfolio strategy, as developers race to build larger integrated clean energy businesses in India.


PFC has transferred South Kalamb Power Transmission Limited to Adani Energy Solutions after competitive bidding, with the transaction completed on March 30, 2026. The SPV was created to implement the network expansion scheme for drawal of power at the South Kalamb substation, reinforcing the ongoing pipeline of competitively awarded transmission infrastructure in India.


NTPC has completed a major battery storage auction tied to multiple thermal power stations, with 2,334 MWh of awarded capacity under Lot-I. The broader project is designed as a 500 MW/2,000 MWh BESS program spanning Karnataka, Maharashtra, Bihar, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana, highlighting how storage is increasingly being integrated into conventional power locations.

NTPC Green Energy Limited Group has crossed 10 GW of installed capacity following fresh commercial operations at its Khavda renewable projects. The company said 78.02 MW under Khavda-I and 90 MW under Khavda-II became operational effective March 31, 2026. The milestone further cements NTPC’s accelerated transition into large-scale renewable execution.
