2nd Edition of Solar & Storage Expo Andhra Pradesh 2026 Powers High-Impact Industry Convergence in Vijayawada  

The 2nd Edition of Solar & Storage Expo Andhra Pradesh 2026 concluded successfully at Novotel Hotel, Vijayawada, marking a significant milestone in the state’s accelerating clean energy journey. The Expo convened 300+ industry leaders, senior government officials, utilities, developers, EPCs, financiers, and technology providers—creating a powerful platform to shape the future of solar and energy storage in Andhra Pradesh.

The event opened with a FirstView Introduction by Ms. Nikita Agrawal, Business Development Director, FirstView Group, setting the tone for a high-impact day of dialogue and collaboration. The Opening Address was delivered by Sri M. Kamalakara Babu, Vice Chairman & Managing Director, New & Renewable Energy Development Corporation of Andhra Pradesh Ltd. (NREDCAP), who outlined the state’s renewable roadmap, policy priorities, and long-term investment outlook.

Adding strategic industry perspective, Mr. Potluri Bhaskar Rao, President, AP Chambers & Industry Federation, delivered a compelling Keynote Address highlighting the importance of industry-government alignment to accelerate deployment and strengthen infrastructure readiness.

The knowledge agenda was further enriched by an insightful presentation from Shri K. Srinivas, General Manager, NREDCAP, detailing ongoing initiatives and policy mechanisms driving solar adoption across the state.

The Expo featured two high-impact panel discussions—“Scaling the Backbone: Utility Solar, Storage & Transmission” and “Decentralized Power: Accelerating Rooftop Adoption & Rural Solarization”—that sparked meaningful dialogue around grid readiness, storage integration, rooftop acceleration, financing mechanisms, and rural electrification strategies. An address by Shri Linga Murthy Garu, Chief General Manager, Andhra Pradesh Central Power Distribution Corporation Limited (APCPDCL), further underscored the state’s commitment to strengthening distribution infrastructure and enhancing energy access.

Beyond the conference hall, the exhibition floor remained dynamic throughout the day, showcasing cutting-edge solar modules, advanced storage systems, digital technologies, and smart energy solutions.
