Vikram Solar Limited, one of India’s top solar module manufacturers, has received a major order from Gujarat Industries Power Company Limited (GIPCL) to supply 326.625 MW of high-efficiency solar modules. These modules will be used in the Khavda Renewable Energy Park, a large-scale renewable project in the Great Rann of Kutch, Gujarat, with a planned capacity of 2375 MW. With this order, Vikram Solar’s total supply to the Khavda project now stands at around 577 MW, making it a key contributor to the park’s development.

Mr. Gyanesh Chaudhary, Chairman & Managing Director of Vikram Solar, said in a statement, “We are thrilled to secure this order, which reinforces the strong and enduring relationship between Vikram Solar and GIPCL. The Khavda project represents more than just scale—it symbolizes a collective push toward energy security and sustainability. With this order, we are contributing to one of the most important renewable energy projects in India.”

The modules are set for delivery in the financial year 2025–26, and the entire project is expected to be completed by December 2026. The Khavda Renewable Energy Park is also expected to boost local employment and support India’s push towards clean energy. Vikram Solar’s high-performance modules are built to handle tough environmental conditions, highlighting the company’s strong position and reliability in India’s renewable energy sector.
